    Bimetallic clad wear-resistant steel plate is a plate product specially used for large-area wear conditions. It is a plate product made by surfacing welding on the surface of ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity, and composite wear-resistant layer withhigh hardness and good wear resistance of a certain thickness.

     Bimetallic composite wear-resistant steel plate is composed of two parts of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer, and the anti-wear layer generally accounts for 1/3-1/2 of the to tal thickness. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.

     The wear-resistant layer and the substrate of wearresistant steel plate alloy are metallurgical

bonding. Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protecting alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate. The number of composite layers is one layer to two layers or even multiple layers, and uniform transverse cracks appear during the composite process due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, which is a significant feature of wear-resistant steel plates.

     The wear-resistant layer is mainly chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as mangan ese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed like fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide microhardness can reach more than HV1700-2000, surface hardness can reach HRc58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, maintain high hardness, and also have good oxidation resistance, and are completely normal for use within 500℃.

     Wear resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance, can be cut,bend, welding, etc., can take welding, plug welding, bolt connection and other ways to connect with other structures, in the maintenance site process with time-saving, convenient and other characteristics, widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electricity, glass, mining, building materials, brick and other industries, compared with other materials, It has a high cost performance and has been favored by more and more industries and manufacturers.
